This Privacy Policy explains how Luacar studio (“we”, “us”), the operator of HoneyToon, handles information when you visit the “Nobody Will Ever Know” website (the “Site”).
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Luacar studio, Sidney Wolkin Street. Contact: Luacar@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Reading progress. Which chapters you opened, stored only in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
- Your cookie choice. Stored in your browser so we don’t ask again.
- Analytics and advertising data (only with consent). We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, they will only run after you click “Accept all”, and we may then use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and ad performance. This can include your IP address (truncated where available), device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your address and message to reply.
We do not ask for your name, payment details or account credentials on this Site.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To run the Site and remember your progress: our legitimate interest in providing the service.
- Analytics and advertising measurement: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- Answering your messages: our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request.
4. Google services
We use Google Consent Mode. Until you consent, Google tags operate with advertising and analytics storage disabled. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
5. Sharing
We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site (hosting, analytics, advertising measurement) under data-processing agreements, or when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Local storage stays in your browser until you clear it. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Emails are kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, email Luacar@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at) or the data protection authority in your country.
8. Children
The Site is intended for readers aged 16 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to any data we hold to people who need it.
