These Terms govern your use of the “Nobody Will Ever Know” website (the “Site”), operated by Luacar studio (“we”) under the HoneyToon brand. By using the Site you agree to them.
1. The service
The Site presents the webtoon “Nobody Will Ever Know” and lets you read its published chapters. Chapters 1 and 2 are free. We may add, change or remove chapters and features at any time.
2. Eligibility
The series explores adult friendships, relationships and secrets and is rated 16+. You must be at least 16 to use the Site.
3. Intellectual property
“Nobody Will Ever Know”, its story, characters, artwork and text are © HoneyToon. The HoneyToon name and logo belong to Luacar studio. You may read the content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, translate, re-upload or use the content to train AI models without our written permission. Sharing links to the Site is always welcome.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t interfere with the Site, scrape it at scale, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to social networks and other sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
